Accent Walls
Accent walls are a very nice enhancement to any room. Accent walls highlight the structure of the room or may give the perception of depth to the room.
Your transition line is the key to any accent wall. The slightest imperfection will show like a sore thumb. I have taken my time and always cut them by hand. With the addition in the last few years of the product "Frog Tape" it has cut the time in half to get a true line.
A small helpful hint when using this tape is that the painted surface that you are taping MUST be completely dried. Otherwise the surface may peal when you remove the tape.
Please Note in the third set of pictures we added the accent color to the interior of the windows to enhance the arch.
