On Amy's home, after doing a full exterior inspection we found the roof was in good condition, yet being 18 years old a re-shingling may be warranted in the next few years.
The Landscaping is a little overgrown inhibiting proper air flow around the home and causing excusive mildew encroaching onto the home.
To eliminate this problem we decided to trim everything back and do selective removal of the more invasive plants.
We also decided to paint the home. Again due to the mildew problem we will be applying the paint 6 inches below the grade line. We also opted to include a mildew inhibiter to the paint insuring the durability of the finish product.
