Hi Bob & Trudy ,
On Bob and Trudy's home we had allot of rot due to gutters leaking. Here we resealed all the gutters and added another down spout to redirect the runoff. Also we had allot of cracks in the pool area lanai and the driveway. As you can see by repairing them and applying 2 coats of H&C Stain Sealer the problem was cured.
