A Cement Patio or Shed foundation is the a very economical and long lasting investment.
Again thinking ahead of what the future may hold is the key to any project. On our first project you will see we installed tie downs for a canopy. Other types of anchors may also be installed for future enclosures.
On our second project, the home owner was not allowed to have a shed in their development. So we made one under their deck.
