FENCE & DECK REFURBISHING

On this project the fence and deck were sound structurally. Although there was some root were the fence met the ground, which can be expected.
Being the fence is located near woodlands there was some fungus and mold growing on the fence.
After pressure cleaning we decided to go one step further by applying a fungicide to the fence to sterilize it before sealing.
Once that was done we re-nailed the entire fence, again insuring durability, then applied 2 coats of Behr Natural sealer stain.
We did the same to the deck and applied Thompson's cement waterproofing to the cement slabs.
