Scotty's Home
On Scotty's home, his window sills were all rotted. Also the trim along the chimney was warping. These problems arose due to the improper preparation of the prior paint job.
We removed the rotted boards and replaced them with PVC board. This will never rot or warp. Yet it must be primed with a industrial primer to assure proper adhesion.
After caulking every seam, crack and nail hole we applied two coats of the duration Coating. Then we sealed all his roof vents and cleaned out the dryer vent.
We finished the job by sealing the deck and removing the old overgrown shrubs and replacing them with fragrant Gardenias.
