MY BATHROOM
My bathroom was your basic cheap construction, cookie cutter vinyl tile boring bathroom. Basically I ripped up that vinyl, buffed and spackled then painted the walls.
I bought the cheap tiles at Home Depo for $.99 each and they had the accent tiles and cap tiles on clearance for $2.00 each.
I picked up a gallon of mismatch paint for $5.00 and earth tone grout for $12.00.
Basically $82.00 and 5 hours later I had a pretty nice bathroom.
Also the $.59 switch plates I painted with a appliance epoxy paint making them look and feel like the $10.00 metal ones.
One can of paint did all of the switch plates in my home.
