On this Project the home owner had pee gravel between the cement slabs. The problem was, it was a chore to clean out the leaves and debris from the stones.

We solved this problem by pouring cement between the slabs and embedding river stone into the cement. Then we coated the stones with two coats of a clear sealer which will inhibit mildew growth.

We finished the project by applying 3 coats of Behr Penetrating Cement Stain to the cement patio.

Now Clean up is a simple hosing !

On this project, the pool area always looked dirty. Even after pressure cleaning the cement there was color differentials.

So we applied a Zaylin Base Solid Color Sealer to the cement and a clear sealer to the pavers to give the pavers the Wet Look.

The Zaylin Base Sealers are generally used in commercial applications. When applying it around a pool area I do suggest the addition of a aggregate for its non-slip properties.

On this project, again we were confronted with someone's poor planning. This planting area was a nice addition to the landscaping ,yet the type of plant was poor. The roots raised the pavers.

To solve this problem we could of just removed the plant. Yet the home owner loved it.

We instead removed the pavers and made a root stop 18 inches below the grade of the pavers and cemented boarder pavers around the planting area.

As you will see in the photos, when removing pavers you MUST put them in the order of removal or you will never get them back in the same position

Before and after pictures of  a driveway we did using the Zaylin Base clear coat to achieve
" THE WET LOOK "
