Thinking ahead is the key to all remodels and improvements. I cannot tell you how many times we were confronted with others lack of planning. When planning any project there are four things to focus on.

With this in mind, we focus on low maintenance. If the home owner had time to do high maintenance, they would not need us. Second, we plan on how to make it easier for the next guy. Knowing that everything eventually breaks, so we install access panels. We use screws not nails. Lastly, we always do one step more to insure the durability and functionality of the project.
