On Ryan's deck we first removed all of his spindles. They were installed 6 inched apart which was a safety issue due to a small child might squeak through.
We re-installed them at the proper distance of 4 inches. We were able to save enough to do the front and the steps. We added new ones along the top of the deck to make it more uniform.
After pressure cleaning and stripping the old stain off we sanded the entire deck and applied two coats of Behr Premium Sealer Stain in a natural tint.
We also pressure cleaned all of Ryan's cement work and applied Thompson"s Cement Sealer.
We finished the job by Painting all of his Iron furniture with 3 coats of black epoxy appliance paint.
