SAM'S BATHROOM
Sam's Master Bathroom was your basic utilitarian layout. His walls were a mess from years of repainting and there was no exhaust vent so moisture was absorbed everywhere. After removing all the sheetrock we replaced it with green board, sheetrock which repels moisture and mold, and tiled all the walls and floor. We then followed the tile out into the vanity area and bedroom.
With the addition of accent tiles, a rope tile border around the window and a new exhaust fan, Sam will have years of pleasure.
